\u25ba Human first<\/strong>. I have got a chance to collaborate with people from various locations (in North-America and Europe, in Middle-East and Sub-Saharan Africa, in Asia). I have been visiting over 40 countries, for business purposes. I am so glad I learned so much from people there!<\/span><\/p>\n

To keep it short here, my role is to accompany start-ups and small- or medium-sized organizations (electronics<\/strong>, software<\/strong>, healthcare<\/strong>, industry<\/strong>, media<\/strong>). At ease in niche and unexplored markets<\/strong>, I collaborate mostly on strategy & communications<\/strong> (internal \/ external) and on processes & operations<\/strong>. Accompanying managers<\/strong> and leading teams<\/strong>, I enjoy humbly transferring and sharing<\/strong> experience, helping people and learning<\/strong> from them in return.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With over 25 year experience<\/span> in business, I played multiple roles with recognized successes<\/strong> in both R&D<\/strong>, software development<\/strong>, marketing<\/strong>, sales<\/strong>, management<\/strong>. I ran most of my career working with foreign companies<\/strong> for contributing to their deployment and growth in EMEA<\/strong> (Europe, Middle East, Africa).<\/span><\/p>\n

As an independent worker<\/span>, I am able to offer services in an easy way and so to shortly focus on the actions to be led<\/strong>. I am a priori open and flexible on remuneration options (hour, day, flat-rate), and can give credit to success fees<\/strong> under particular conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first step<\/span> with a new customer, consists of setting-up a strong and truthful relationship<\/strong>. For both of us the objective is to consolidate our collaboration on medium and long term<\/strong>, in order to accompany the growth<\/strong> for both my customer’s and my own business.<\/span><\/p>\n
